Brookshire Overview



     Situated in rural Lancaster County in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, Brookshire residents enjoy serenity but are in proximity to superior medical facilities, restaurants, shopping centers, churches, and entertainment venues.      Brookshire is a secure and quiet neighborhood dotted with a scenic pond. Residents love to explore the walking paths through the wetland area and along the lake. The wetlands include a rippling brook where mallard ducks make their homes in the rushes, and wood ducks occasionally appear among the water plants. The three-acre lake is fully stocked and open for fishing.

     Brookshire offers a recreational and social lodge that overlooks the scenic three-acre community lake. Residents can relax in the lounge and reading area, join neighbors and friends for a friendly hand or two at the game tables, or get lost in a favorite book at the library.

    Brookshire has also partnered with Lititz Golf to receive a discount on all future bookings for our community's residents.

   And with the kitchen and banquet facilities, entertainment options are vast. For a faster pace and to stay in shape, the clubhouse also has a fitness room as well as an aerobics and dance studio. There is also a coffee shop and Beauty Salon.

 

     Brookshire is a peaceful community with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly neighbors. There are lots of clubs, classes and activities available. These include a camera club, pinochle, Bocce, aerobics, Bible study, walking club, bingo, and scrapbooking.  Specialized classes such as Yoga instruction or Ukulele and Dulcimer instruction are also available. Residents of this active adult neighborhood attend holiday parties, concerts held by the community band, and fun-themed events.

     Brookshire LLP offered five custom models. Each house is truly different from the next. The Brentwood (1,520 square feet), Brentwood II (1,760 square feet), Hampton (1,620 square feet), Ann Arbor (1,640 square feet), and Cambridge (2,050 square feet).
